The Ministry for Lands and Natural Resources has officially launched its website and charter services to ensure continuous interaction with its stakeholders in a transparent manner, so as to deepen customer-oriented service delivery.
The ministry’s new website address is www.mlnr.gov.gh --
while the Service Charter is a document that sets out the mission and vision of
the ministry and its publics, and enables the ministry to execute its duties in
a timely and transparent manner toward customer-oriented service
delivery.
Speaking at the short ceremony, sector minister Nii
Ossah Mills said the Website and Charter Services are expected to make the
ministry and its agencies vibrant by fast-tracking the collection and
dissemination of information among its agencies and publics.
“Every organisation with the intention of having a
long life-span needs an active website that enables it to stay in the
competitive market,” he remarked.
