CHASE Petroleum donates to Village of Hope Orphanage



CHASE Petroleum has donated items valued at GH₵15,000 to underprivileged children at the Village of Hope Orphanage located at Senya Breku in the Central Region.
 
The items presented included books, medical supplies for the school clinic, food supplies as well as a brand-new flat-screen television set.

Presenting the items, Mr. Daniel Amoah -- CHASE Petroleum’s Managing Director, said the company is committed to giving back to communities in the country; and even in difficult times it is important that the company remembers those who are in need, especially during the holiday season.

He indicated that CHASE Petroleum as part of its social responsibility also supports the water as life CSR initiative by building boreholes in needy communities throughout the country.

Mr. Fred Asare, receiving the donation on behalf of the orphanage, commended CHASE Petroleum for its kind gesture and for ensuring that the children have a memorable holiday season.

The donation was facilitated by TEAM CSR Ghana, a local NGO that assists companies in CSR management.

The CEO of TEAM CSR, Mr. Jonathan Akuamoah, explained that his outfit will ensure corporate institutions deliver social responsibilities that will be in line with the communities’ needs and aspirations.
