Regimanuel Gray showcases Katamanso housing project



Regimanuel Gray Limited (REG), a leading real estate developer, has held a three-day event aimed at showcasing the company’s Katamanso site town development project to home buyers.

The event, themed “Open House Event”, was targetted at creating awareness and a platform for proposed home buyers. It was also to educate potential buyers on the real estate industry and how to properly acquire properties, in which REG stands out.  It was as well to create a purchasing platform for buyers.

The company also took the opportunity to outdoor its “Adom Gate”, an official gate-name for “Cluster A” of the Katamanso project.  The Group Vice Chairman, Mrs. Regina Botchwey, Chaired the naming ceremony.

The master plan of the Katamanso project, a 1,300-acre plot of land, is expected to have facilities such as schools, recreational centres, hospitals, worship centres among others. 

The housing project is expected to be one of the biggest investment ventures as far as housing development in the country is concernd.
